While oil is hoping for a reprieve, natural gas is showing signs of life…

Months after diving well off $4.50 highs to $1.77, natural gas found support and ran 31% over the last two weeks… While upside may be limited on the heels of record supply and a short-lived cold weather snap, it’s still noteworthy.


We’re also watching as a deadly storm unfolds in the east, providing upside for natural gas, too. Multiple states are under winter storm warnings, as the first snow of the season brings an end to an unusually warm December.

The United States Natural Gas Fund (UNG) is up 22% over the last two weeks, as well. Be aware the run may not last long, though…
